Mindfulness Sitting Group

Join Dr. Jacquelyn Rinaldi for an 8-week Mindfulness Group at Wellness In Action (47855 Gallatin Rd). Everyone is welcome, whether you have experience practicing mindfulness or not, we would love to have you. There is no-cost to attend, no registration, and you do not need to attend each week to participate.
